Solid Teak Rajasthani Brass rivet Almirah

This statement Almirah is fashioned from solid Teak and decorated with brass rivets in the traditional Rajasthani style. Its painted a distressed blue and yellow gold. Its front is carved into many tiny panels each adorned with an ornate brass detail. If ever an item of furniture shouted Rajasthan this is it. The delicately carved border adds another layer of beauty to this heirloom of an Indian cupboard.

The teak used in this item is sustainably sourced and crafted by our workshops in the time honoured tradition of carving and wood working that dates back to the Mughal dynasty of the 16th century. Its is solid and heavy and will last more than one lifetime.
